Prices are shown in Sterling GBP. We currently accept orders from UK and WORLDWIDE.
We will ONLY ship orders to the payment card registered address, which must be entered exactly as it appears on your payment cards statement. We collect and store IP addresses for every order for Security and Fraud prevention purposes. We actively fight against credit card fraud and prosecute all fraudulent orders placed through our site.
WARRANTY
Most of our branded Watches carry a Manufacturers International Guarantee of between 1 year and 5 years. Full details of Manufacturers Guarantee will be included with your Watch and stated in our product description. Manufacturers Warranties are valid Internationally and your item can be repaired under Warranty by any authorized dealer for that brand or returned to Manufacturer for repair.
We offer a 1 year International Warranty ourselves for any items not already covered by a Manufacturers Warranty. This will cover your watches movement against faults for a period of 1 year from invoice purchase date. Warranty excludes watch glass, battery, case/strap, plating, water damage, scratches and damage caused by any unauthorized third party. Shipping costs to return items under our Warranty are the responsibility of the customer.
FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING OFFER
Our FREE Worldwide shipping offer means Standard shipping is included in the price of products. Standard UK express shipping or Worldwide Airmail shipping is included at no extra cost. If you require shipping upgraded to FEDEX or Courier Express shipping this is not included in our Free Shipping Offer and will incur additional shipping charges. If Express Courier or FEDEX shipping upgrade is required please select this during the checkout process.
Most UK orders are delivered within 24 - 72 hours after despatch and 2 - 7 days for the rest of the World. If there are any significant delays with your order you will be informed via order progress email updates throughout the entire despatch process. If for any reason we cannot despatch your order within 28 days you may cancel the order for a full refund.
All stock is subject to strict Quality Control checks before shipping and always despatched in A1 Perfect condition. To insure stock reaches you in the same Perfect condition we use a variety of packaging materials and boxes to protect your consignment during transit. All consignments are shipped fully insured against damage or loss in transit.
21 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a No Hassle 21 day Money Back Guarantee with all our products. We will accept return of any of our products within 21 days of invoice date for refund of purchase price minus a fee of only £12 to help cover initial shipping and handling costs, subject to below conditions.
Products must be returned unworn and complete with all security seals, protective packaging, watches face and strap wrapping intact. All returns must be unworn and items are all checked for micro scratches by our returns department. All original packaging, warranty documentation, instruction booklets etc. must be returned with products in perfect condition as supplied. Watches that have been resized or tampered with by anyone not authorized by us cannot be returned.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to return a product under our 21 day money back guarantee you must email us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without a valid RAN will be refused by our returns department. Mark outside of parcel with RAN and return by insured shipping method to address supplied with RAN.
Products returned that are found to have been worn, tampered with or have incomplete packaging will not be accepted for refund. Shipping cost to ship these products back to the customer will be charged to the customer. (We may accept return of worn products at our discretion, but can only offer refund of second hand value as we will be unable to resell product as new)
Damage in Transit Claims
Any damages, shortages or faults must be reported to us in writing within 5 days of delivery for a claim to be valid. Please inspect the whole consignment upon delivery and indicate any damages clearly on carriers delivery note. All packaging must be kept in the case of damage in transit for inspection during the insurance claims procedure. In the case of goods being damaged or faulty we will replace the item as originally ordered free of charge. Please notify us in writing within 5 days of delivery and we will issue a Returns Authorization Number for the damaged or faulty item to be returned to us. We will generally refund the cost to the customer of returning damaged or faulty items to the customers payment card (to a maximum value of £12) upon receipt of return the item will be replaced free of charge as originally ordered.
These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
