All original packaging, warranty documentation, instruction booklets etc. must be returned with products in perfect condition as supplied.
Watches that have been resized or tampered with by anyone not authorized by us cannot be returned.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to return a product you must email us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without a valid RAN will be refused by our returns department. Mark outside of parcel with RAN and return by insured shipping method to address supplied with RAN.
Products returned that are found to have been worn, tampered with or have incomplete packaging will not be accepted for refund. Shipping cost to return these products will be charged to the customer. (We may accept return of worn products at our discretion, but can only offer refund of second hand value as we will be unable to resell product as new)
